1. How long are shipping times?
Our Average Delivery time is 5-14 days from your initial order. Depending on your location & items ordered. 2. What's your return policy?

3. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are usually possible within 24 hours after purchase. Although sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation.
4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if you receive the wrong size, wrong colour, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we will work to resolve your issue to your desired outcome. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.
5. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you ordered, just let us know and we’ll work towards a solution.
